- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don’t always fall for free diagnostic that may be offered by some for their repair prices are marked up to reflect service charges etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client will explain their current needs while I determine if I could help over the phone or if I need to Schedule an in home diagnostic or maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm HVAC certified, HVAC-R Instructor certified, Also EPA universal certified and a master tech certified in HVAC under North American Technician Excellence! NATE certified for HVAC service and installation. I also have various certification from trane, carrier and goodman ranging from capacity calculation, to inverter and high efficiency systems.
