- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is flat rated meaning the price you see is the price you will pay with all labor and material included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a customer for the first time, I tend to put my self in their shoes to get a better understanding of what the customer's needs are. I strongly believe that in order to get the customer's decision to choose us for the job... is to make a good connection from the start , once that is done , the customer will feel more at ease and will give Legacy Tech the oportunity to go above and beyond to provide them with the best quality work and 5 star service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified, licensed and highly trained individual in electrical troubleshooting and installation with over 35 years combined in the trade. A certified team of 4 of the best floor installers in the industry.
