I don't know how she figured it out but she found a system that worked for me. Jackie helped me move my growing business from my dining room table in 2003, than a new house with a dedicated office in a spare room in 2009. She created a filing system that worked for me. when I outgrew that space in 2012, she transformed the basement to accommodate 6 employees. At that time I had grown from 1 business into 4 branches. She revamped the filing system again since we needed a way for the managers to gain access to only what they required without disruption to each other's area. Successfully she achieved this task. Due to a scheduled long term absence from the office in 2015 an office manager was hired to maintain the filing system. This event was catastrophic. By the time I returned the damage was done. The new office manager attempted to implement a system that worked for her. Keeping track of a company that does 1 thing is difficult and she realized quickly she had undertaken more than she could achieve as the company continued to grow in each branch she wanted to merge it all into 1. She ultimately realized it was now so confusing and left quite a mess behind. I attempted to repair the system while trying to maintain the work load, but I finally decided that it's not possible and I needed help again. A lot of work Jackie did in my home, painting, organizing and a few minor repairs in my home. I could not ask for a better person to make my home more beautiful. She helped me with colors to choice that fit my personality the best. She made my life so much easier. If you want a person that knows what they are doing I'd call Jackie. .Dec 17, 2016
Jackie is a amazing. I would have never been able to walk in my basement if it wasn't for Jackie and her skill to put things in the right spot.She is so strong and handy with tools. I am able to keep up with the organizing because of her. I have her come back once in awhile when I need a refresher. she is a great motivator.Dec 19, 2016

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?the 1st meeting sets the tone for the new project. Each person has a diffrent need with very diffrent approaches to their situations. It is my goal in that 1st meeting to find the solution to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have had 33 years of on the job training and I don't belive they make a certificate for the experiance I have had in my line of work. it has truly been an adventure
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started cleaning houses with my aunt when I was 13. when I had children I started my own company so I could work around my children to be there for them. I kept running into the same problem I would be asked to clean but how do you clean when you can't get to anything to clean it. so I started offering services to organize so I could clean correctly. I went to realestate school and became a broker and started buying homes and kept running into garages and houses and building full of clutter and as usal in any dwelling it needs to be cleaned. I never gave up on my cleaning organizing company I did it at the same time I did realestate. so for over 25 years I have been assessing extreme clutter organizing it cleaning it and thanks to realestate I added repairs and decorating to my list of services. I specialize in daily clutter garages storage spaces and units hoarding moving merging relocation elderly estates vacant homes left full of debris.
