- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no fee to assist with buying. My fees for listing and selling a property vary according to the situation, but are usually flat percentages of the final sales price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of the process is to determine the customer's needs, what the customer wants, AND what the customer does NOT want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I have a license to sell real estate, but I also have a law degree and am a successful small business owner in Central Florida.
