James Worles Fencing LLC
About this pro
He installed the fence just how I wanted it and repaired a section that was poorly built by a different contractor. The pricing was the best out of the 5 estimates I received and the work was well done and quickly done too. The job was done without disturbing any of the gardens and plants planted right by the fence. In all, an excellent job. He was friendly and professional and I would hire him again for any future jobs.Apr 22, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $5.00 per foot for labor and no up-charge for materials. what the manufactures price is for materials is what you pay, not a penny more. delivery is free. $1.00 per foot for tearing down and disposing of old fence if needed. No extra charge for gates, their part of the footage. This is for Wood or PVC fencing. Chain link or aluminum fencing is $3.50 per foot for installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?first I determine where the customer wants the fence and then I make sure that it is within the property lines. second I figure out the materials needed and give the customer an estimate. If customer is happy at this point we sign a contract. we determine if a permit/HOA approval is needed. set a date to start and order the materials. Get a deposit ( for materials only) to purchase the materials I pick up the materials on that date and deliver them for free and do the job. Once done I will walk the whole fence with customer to make sure that they are happy then collect final payment which is Labor
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?only what I've been taught by a few guys who have been in this business and what I've learned on my own.
