Hourly and flat fees available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone consultation discussing your case and if we are a good match for your needs. Next, we will have you sign a representation agreement and make payment. The structure of payment will be flat fee or hourly depending on the case. Once the agreement is signed and payment made, we will begin working on your case that day or within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney Hill's expertise and knowledge of several fields of law has contributed to his continued success and reputation in Florida. While most clients prefer amicable resolutions, other clients seek law firms that can provide aggressive representation through trial. Mr. Hill is a highly competent litigator and provides strong advocacy to protect his clients’ interests. While Mr. Hill is recognized as a formidable opponent, he also treats all those in the litigation process with the respect they deserve. Mr. Hill has a rich legal background. After graduating with Honors from Middle Tennessee State University, he went on to law school at Florida State University. While in law school, he clerked for a prominent, senior circuit court judge and worked at a consumer litigation firm. After graduating with his J.D., he accepted a position in Central Florida at a large national law firm where he worked hard to become the senior litigation attorney. After reaching his full potential at the firm, he realized he could represent clients in a more effective, personal and accessible manner by opening his own law practice. He has been recognized numerous times as a preeminent attorney in his field by numerous state and national attorney-rating agencies, and strives to give back to the less-fortunate.
