We had only a few days to plan our convalidation and baptism we wanted to hire a professional right away. Candy reached out to us first. We texted back and forth after messaging through thumbtack. And confirmed a date and time. Candy texted the night before as promised to confirm our appointment for the following day. She was friendly, patient and did a great job! You get what you pay for. Candy is very affordable compared to other makeup artists. I would suggest bringing your own foundation because she’s not very good at matching foundation.

Candy was booked to do my makeup for a photo shoot today. I verified with her that she is able to work on dark skin, which she confirmed. She is not good at matching dark skin with makeup. My face came out looking horrible. I had to cancel my photo shoot. She offered to redo it but at this point it was too late for my photo shoot

I hope you are well , first your makeup wasn't horrible, you just didn't specify that you wanted to look several shades lighter than you are, and I explained to you that as a makeup artist we are guided by the color of your neck so that your face is not noticeable with a color different from your body and for the record I did not charge you for my service and I offered to do your foundation again , hope next time your specified better how you want to look 🙂
