Try to make it as affordable and competitive as possible. Residential customers can take advantage of our flat service rate. Where businesses will get a quote prior to the work begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chatting with the customer to get a complete understanding of the issue. Followed up with examining the devices hardware *desktop\servers only*. If able to run a complete diagnostics and resolving the issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Computer Informatics. I have a few certificates. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, and Cloud+.
