- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers my services are free. I get paid commission by seller. For sellers my consultation service is free, I get paid once the property sells from commission amount agreed on during signing of the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to get all the information about the property. For sellers that would be their own property, for buyers it is their desired property. Once information is collected, for sellers free custom CMA (comparable market analysis) is prepared that shows the price range their property is in. After that we take care of paperwork to get property on the market. For buyers, I send e-mail with listing in desired area within their price range so they can browse through and get better idea what is available. If any of the properties interest them, I schedule showing and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal Real estate education and Florida state license. I also poses business degree that helps me educate my investor clients.
