Tim answered his phone before his business hours began when I had a refrigerator problem. He eagerly rearranged his schedule to get me in early so I wouldn’t lose all my cold food. I can’t say enough how knowledgeable he is and responsive.
Also, while here, he looked at my dryer because of another issue and fixed it too! I will definitely call him again the next time I have an appliance issue...he is nice, professional, and his prices are fair for the extra effort he gives!
