Pricing is based on the long term commitment of the client.

First we do a consultation where I find out your goals. Then we set a schedule that works for you. Finally we start training and working on your goals.

Bachelors degree in exercise science ACE certified personal trainer CPR/AED certified 5+ years of personal training.
