FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible based on the time, location, etc. I am happy to discuss options. If you are seeking a specific discussion with content related to a topic you would like research, additional fees may be required to cover costs, time, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with each client to fully understand what they are seeking from my talk. Once we have that in place, we discuss specifics, such as venue, attendees, etc. I also offer a concierge level experience for our clients, ensuring constant communication before, during and after the event. This includes sharing details from my end prior to the event, delivering any materials prior to the event and following up after the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1995, I began my career at Walt Disney Feature Animation. Beginning as a Production Assistant, I was promoted to Assistant Production Manager. I am credited on six feature films for Disney including Mulan, Tarzan, Beauty and the Beast, Lilo and Stitch, Emperor's New Groove and Princess and the Frog. Later, I worked for EA Sports managing artists on Madden and NFL Street. I moved into Walt Disney Imagineering, where I was a Design Administrator for several projects including Spaceship Earth, Toy Story Midway Mania and Don't Waste It. As a Personal Trainer, I have certifications as a Golf Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have trained at some of America's largest gyms. In 2009, I was selected to train James Crutchfield, a contestant on NBC's hit TV Show, The Biggest Loser. I have written three books on Fitness, own a fitness and yoga studio, Art of Fitness in Orlando and speak professionally on the subjects of fitness, leadership and inspiration.
