Bryce is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I truly enjoy working out with Bryce and his team. If I need additional body conditioning or if specific areas need attention, Bryce can modify a workout on the spot with the most effective exercises for me.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Bryce is more concerned with proper form and function, not simply seeing how much weight you can lift or how many reps you can do. His ATC-certification allows him to recognize and treat many common injuries, soreness, etc and work these issues into you workout or rehab plan.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is for a 40 minute session and includes a full functional assessment, comprehensive measurements, nutrition, supplementation and a home exercise program. A minimum of 24 sessions is required due to our demand and capacity. Price discounts also provided for commitments at 36 and 48 sessions. Commitments allow client to book out 3 to 4 months at a time, work into a preferred spot and hold their spot
