- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair pricing. I'm not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. I just strive to be the best In most cases I give up front standard pricing so you know exactly what the cost is. I also do not hold you to a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interior service typically consists of baiting and treating the affected areas in a responsible manner to insure that the pest is eliminated safely and effectively and correcting minor environmental issues such as caulking the cabinets behind refrigerators and stoves where roaches like to hide After the initial treatment a routine follow up is scheduled 7to10 days later. After the initial service is complete we will determine whether quarterly, bi monthly, or monthly service is necessary or if the One Plus 2 Service better fits your needs. One Plus 2 offers the initial service plus two more services to be used throughout the year. Additional services can be added if necessary for a slight charge. this is our most popular service. Exterior service is included on all accounts and consists of sweeping all accessible eaves for cobweb reduction and wasp elimination. An application of liquid residual and granular bait along with addressing the minor environmental issues accessible from the ground, such as caulking window frames and patching small cracks and holes that insects use for entry. Garages, where applicable and accessible are treated with a small amount of granular bait in inaccessible areas and swept for cobweb reduction. the garage is usually the point of entry for large roaches in the home. By treating the garage we can control this 90% of all pest in the home come from outside With regular perimeter treatment these can be kept to a minimum. I practice Responsible Pest Control at all times. This always means using the least toxic option with the least environmental impact to the home. Sometimes it means using no chemical and simply making minor changes to the insects environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied agriculture in highschool and after leaving the army 32 years ago my first job was for a major commercial pest control company. Now after learning from others and studying the science of true IPM pest control I am starting my own company based on Responsible Pest Control.
