- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I need to know how the customer like the service to be done. What's the size of the house? How many rooms do they need to be cleaned, or organized? I will ask them to send me pictures of the places. So, I will be able to calculate how many hours it will be necessary to do the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Friends saw how much I am organized with my things, and they started to invite me to help them in their houses. The same with pets.
