- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we have had the initial interest with our Company assisting you with your event. We offer several sample menu's for the customer to look over. We take pride in customizing the menu for each event. We do offer Tastings and Consultations upon request.

With the hands on experience of Hotels and Restaurants we make sure the Culinary menu and Service to our clients are Top A.
