Introduction: I have been a professional since 2004 when I graduated St. Paul College with an Esthetics certificate and MN state license. I specialize in enhancing the natural beauty of my clients. I LOVE the soft glamorous look, natural look and glow! There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a clients amazing smile as they're looking in the mirror when the makeup application is complete! I take pride in boosting inner confidence and making you feel as amazing as you are!

Candy is fantastic! She is really creative, and puts her all into what she is doing. I highly recommend Eye Candy (and Candy as a person).

I had makeup applied just cause I wanted to feel pampered. I just loved the attention to detail and caring about what I wanted. I do not normally wear lipstick but the way Candy applied it I must say it looked very good on me. I definitely recommend her.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Give me a phone call, email or text message and we will set it all up on your time. For Bridal, I require a signed contract and a 30% retainer (which becomes non refundable and non transferable after 72 hours) upon booking to hold your date and guarantee my service. For all services a 30% deposit is required to hold your date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a professional makeup artist since 2004 when I graduated Esthetics at St Paul College in St. Paul, MN and have worked in makeup artistry and spas ever since. I worked for a major retail cosmetics company as a Senior artist for 5 1/2 years.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be sure to ask about their training. Many artists claim to be professionals, yet do not hold licenses nor have had training. If the pricing seems low, Why? You get what you pay for.
