FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices may be higher than the average photographer, but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." With Salty Broad Studios, you receive high quality photos delivered on-time in a professional manner. Professional photography is an investment you won't regret. The proof is in the pictures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a free consultation over the phone because I think it's important for us to get to know each other. After the conversation, if the client is ready to move forward, I ask for a 35% deposit to secure the date. I make myself available to my clients whenever they have questions. It's very important to me to provide the highest level of customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism and I have attended numerous workshops over the years on location lighting, workflow and editing.
