- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are custom planned and quoted. Premium casino equipment rentals and economy level rentals are available to fit your budget. For clients looking for the best Vegas type experience, order our premium level equipment and let us provide the experienced dealers. Premium level rentals include, unlimited planning consultations, casino quality chips, beautiful table games and friendly, professional staff to entertain your guests. Economy level packages bring lots of fun to your event at a great price. Packages generally include, unlimited planning consultations, 1 or 2 employees delivering and setting up the equipment and training for your volunteer dealers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer first contacts us for a quote we start by gathering information about the overall event, the estimated number of guests, what else will be going on and how much space is available. With this information we can build a proposal and see if we are on the right track with event size and budget. Once the package is just right the customer will sign a contract and submit a down payment to secure their date. The balance is usually due at the event. Our rental packages include unlimited planning consultations by phone or in person to be sure new customers and returning customers get all their questions answered and we can give advice concerning event best practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was first engaged in event planning while working for Northern Illinois University and University of Illinois, Springfield. Hiring vendors and planning a wide variety of concerts and events gave me the knowledge and experience to start my own event rental company.
