The thing that I most enjoy about helping people is when they realize they really do have the power to make and maintain positive choices. In many cases its a matter of my clients giving themselves permission to take control and improve their health. I am fortunate to be able to facilitate those changes by offering a goal oriented style of training and tracking progress. Once my clients see real results they become empowered and begin to see other challenges in life as opportunities to improve.

Damiyahn was my trainer while I prepared for my MMA competitions. He always got me in tip top shape and his sessions were fun. I currently do not compete anymore, but I still love attending his classes. He works really well with all levels and is very professional and has become a reliable friend over the past 7 years.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first thing we do is go through an interview process to assess your goals and determine a reasonable lenght of time in which to achieve them. Everyone is different so we will also assess body type, body fat %, nutrition habits and curent activity level. After that we will go over a suggested plan and build in milestones to check progress.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have experience training a variety of people from different backgrounds and different challenges. I am able to work with beginners to fitness, individuals with physical restrictions, individuals who are in shape looking to improve and elete level athletes. I have experience training team athletes, military recruits, and combat sports competitors.
