Seller fees are negotiable Buyer fees are FREE
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Sellers, we will meet and view the house. I will provide a market analysis and we will discuss market plan and fees. For Buyers, we will meet to discuss wants, desires, location and features. I will set up home search that matches desires and the we will start the HOME HUNT!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Broker Associate in Kansas & Missouri I am a member of the Residential Real Estate Council, a designation that less than 4% of agent in the US hold due to the number of completed transactions and training required to achieve. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
