FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically my clients contact me by phone. After they describe the damage I instruct them on how to take a picture that can showcase the damage (very simple). Then after that the client emails or texts the pictures to me and I typically give them an estimate within an hour.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working in my father in laws granite fabrication shop, I learned every skill associated with countertops including repair. After that I moved to Kansas City and learned how rare the skill of countertop repair is. I would get desperate calls from old employers with mistakes that would have cost them hundreds and often thousands of dollars to replace.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

In the past commercial customers have typically requested my service. Now with thumbtack I have the opportunity to work with in home clients.
