Introduction: Andrea Steuber is a 2x nationally qualified women's physique competitor. She has been personal training and coaching online for 3 years. She enjoys training clients one-on-one whether it is teaching proper form, getting stronger, increasing lean muscle mass, or losing weight. Her online coaching includes customized training and nutrition plans. Her specialization is bodybuilding, but she enjoys training a variety of clients with different goals. I enjoy seeing my clients succeed whether it is losing weight, gaining confidence in the gym, gaining muscle mass, or hitting a PR on an exercise. My goal is to teach my clients so that they can continue to learn more about what their body needs in order to progress. Andrea is a wonderful trainer. She works well with who ever she is training, is quick to respond and adjust anything as needed if there is an injury issue or any other physical adjustments that's necessary for the trainee. As a martial artist, I tweak my body at times and Andrea works with me enough to keep training and still have time to heal. I tell her my goals and we work for it together. She is a trainer that pushes someone and encourages them. Working with Andrea I have gained so much strength and people around me can tell how much change my body went through from when I started out with her. Eating is a lot easier for me when she makes meal plans and we always discuss any changes that are necessary depending on my goals. She's a positive trainer that makes me want to push myself, I am very happy for the experience of working with her!

I came to Andrea completely new to the whole going to the gym thing. I had never lifted a weight in my life, let alone had a fitness program. She helped me focus on getting stronger and motivated me to change my diet in order to help with the gym time. Andrea was always available for my endless questions and was very considerate of my newness to weightlifting and exercise in general. She helped me be in the best shape of my life. She was always keeping things fresh and new during our workouts. She always challenged me, but could see when I wasn't ready. Andrea was more than a trainer, she was a friend and motivator during my time training with her. She is greatly missed in Manhattan!

Andrea was thorough, direct and reliable. From the beginning, I knew what her expectations were from me and mine from her as far as communication and honesty between us, which is ultimately what you need to have the best results and progress. She was understanding of my busy schedule and always provided alternative options while encouraging and motivating me to be disciplined. In addition to weight loss and physical changes, I learned a great deal from Andrea about how to use whole foods and quality ingredients to fuel my body. She helped me get out of a rut and back into enjoying food prep and pushing myself in the gym. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get in shape, change their body or just invest in their diet/nutritional health!

I have LOVED everyday of my training with Andrea! I signed up for the 3 month training and nutrition program. From day 1, she has been so helpful in getting me where I want to be. My meal plan is delicious and is made up of food I actually enjoy eating. My fitness training is challenging, and pushing me to my limits. Most importantly, I am able to see gains in the gym which I never was able to achieve on my own. She keeps me accountable and won't let me settle for anything other than hard work and determination and I love that! Andrea got me started on good supplements, and off the junk I was taking before, and has taught me how to use them and most importantly, why I need them. She is always there for me when I need some motivation to keep going, have some questions, or just need to talk about my goals. I am a college student, so my schedule is always jam packed, but she does a great job of working with me and being flexible and understanding when I'm busy. I feel healthier, am seeing gains in my muscles, and can feel the lifestyle change I am making. I make the gym a priority everyday, and that was something I used to avoid doing if I was busy. If you are thinking about making a lifestyle change and need someone to push you and help you out, Andrea is your girl!! 11/10 would recommend. If your thinking about personal training, pull the trigger and go to Andrea!!! You won't regret it!!

I trained with Andrea for two years before she left Manhattan. She is great! She keeps things interesting trying new things and switching up workouts. This made it easier to stay motivated and engaged. I had big strength gains in the time I spent working with Andrea. She also stuck with me with my difficult schedule and she adjusted workouts so, I could always get something done. I highly recommend Andrea!
