James texted me when he arrived so that I could greet him at the door. I had told him my husband was sleeping and he was thoughtful and considerate in not wanting to ring the doorbell and wake him up. He was very polite and went right to work clearing the drain that was clogged. Once he was satisfied he removed his equipment and cleaned any mess left from the clogged drain (which I told him was okay and I'd clean it, but he insisted on doing it). I will call him again when the need arises and am happy to recommend him to my friends and family.

I am very please with the work. When I submitted my request for a contractor, I got a response within about 1 minute. It was extremely fast. A technician was in my home the next morning at 9 am. Fixed my sink issue. Would definitely recommend.

Fixed a leaky shower faucet the next day. Extremely fast and responsive. Was told by another contractor that a newly tiled bathroom wall would need to be removed to fix the faucet. He was able to do so without tearing down any walls or fixtures. And at an affordable price. It pays to have an expert. Highly recommend!
