Introduction: "Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do." Hi! My name is Crystal Larsen and I am an ACE certified personal trainer specializing in Orthopedic exercise. I want to help you become strong and healthy, making everyday life easier and more fun! I will design workouts that are enjoyable and effective and can be modified to fit your individual needs and/or limitations. I specialize in working with adults that suffer from Acute or Chronic pain to help manage their pain and frustrations. After suffering from a major knee injury myself, a year and a half ago, I realized that many of us need guidance and coaching past Physical Therapy and that is what I offer. The Fitness and Wellness field is one that I have been intertwined with my entire life and I am extremely excited to help you reach your goal! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 beautiful daughters, working out and playing soccer!
