- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's more that goes into the care of your facility than taking out the trash and wiping the counters. OpenWorks takes the time to personally walk each facility before submitting a proposal to ensure we have the most accurate assessment of your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have complete oversight in starting your service that begins with a kick off meeting between our Regional Director, Operations Manager or Account Executive and our customer to ensure a smooth start. From there, we assign a site supervisor to oversee the crew, and complete monthly corporate visits to ensure customer satisfaction. Often customers come to us for their specialty projects, but then end up creating a long term business relationship with recurring commercial cleaning once they see the quality of our work and the value that we aim to bring to our customers bottom line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members complete extensive initial training during our on-boarding process. We also cross train in many industry standards such as OSHA compliance, SDS specifications and blood borne pathogens. In addition, regardless of tenure, we complete SkillWorks training, a quarterly refresher or new learning on the latest industry standards. We have over 34 years of experience in the industry.
