Very odd the owner cancelled the first appointment, then rescheduled to the following week which was fine, but he never showed up the following week! If you don’t need the work then be up front with potential customers. Looks I’ll keep searching for a cleaning company

I got started doing this about 17yrs ago threw a mutual friend and his family and yrs later I bought the business and still enjoy doing it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of customers over the years from insurance companies to national maintenance companies to residential customers I enjoy doing it still to this day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
make sure that the company you hire can perform the task at hand and how long they have been in business for and are they fully insured.
