- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price for professional services is more competitive than many for my education, application, and additions to my service. Please be careful who you hire if they promise "extremely" low prices / the majority are a bait-and-switch; they will come out and show you quality then rush each job thereafter and hand-off to an undereducated laborer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I always treat clients as I would like to be treated; professionally, respectfully, honestly 2) I provide a discount for the first month and a free pool cleaning to demonstrate how I go about professionally cleaning any new pool. 3) Each pool has the same responsiveness as does a child - each pool has its own personality and will vary according to needs. I ensure that I study each pool, test the water, thoroughly review pool equipment, water levels, filter, pot baskets, skimmer return, pressure, Etc. 4) I relay all that info to client so that they know what's going on; I never do any additional work unless approved by client.
