Introduction: Hi! I'm Dave Stoup a.k.a. The Pond Picasso. My company specializes in the design, installation, repair and maintenance of all types of water features. We also design and build outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, fire pits, as well as walkways and patios. My company and employees are proud to be North Alabama's only Certified Aquascape Contractor. We have passed rigorous testing and training in the installation and functions of the Aquascape Eco System ponds and products. We also must take yearly recertification classes and continued education on the updated products and systems. With over 25 years in the pond and landscape industry my ability to work outside the box and keen eye for detail has earned me the name The Pond Picasso from my peers and clients alike. Creating unique outdoor spaces is truly my passion as well as my employees. We want you to enjoy your outdoor space for years to come and we offer a full one year warranty on all workmanship. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dave a.k.a. The Pond Picasso likes to speak with the person for the first time on the phone after they have sent a photo of the area in which the project is desired through our website contact us page or via email and understand what they are looking for as well as the desired budget. Then he will go out to meet with them to finalize the project and get a first hand view of the area and go over any new ideas or questions either might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been building/installing water features for over 20 years as well as gone to the Aquascape Academy and Classes offered at the Water Garden Expo for continued education classes.
