- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
•All events require a deposit. We have several payment options. Cash app, PayPal, Square •$30/per hour for open tip events •$40/per hr plus 20% gratuity for non tip events •Get extra 14% off the hourly rate for allowing a TIP JAR. •One half-hour bar setup • One half-hour bar breakdown/cleanup • Professional mixing equipment (i.e., pourers, shakers, strainers, ice bucket, wine key, etc.) •Cut garnishes •Additional bartenders/servers can be provided. •There is a $135.00 flat rate for parties lasting three hours or less (including setup/cleanup). •Event Planning Services (one alcohol quantity suggestion list plus advice for alcohol,mixers, garnishes,) -- $20.00 (Charge automatically applies to weddings and events over 99 guests) •Portable Bar Rental $50.00 Travel and mileage flat rate $100 round trip for any drive over and hour Travel and mileage flat rate $50 for drives 45mins and up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer email communication or telephone. We send over a client intake form, to get as much info about the event as possible. We offer supply list for alcohol as well as mixers and ice etc
