What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we will first schedule a free inspection to get a better understanding of the type of problem the customer is experiencing, and this will better help our company to offer the customer a fare price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional licensed Designated Certified Operator, in the State of Georgia. I am certified to train and too sign off on new employees to take the registration exam. I am certified in Household Pest Control and Wood Destroying Organisms. The company are members of C.P.C.O. and G.P.C.A.
