- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quotes are preliminary based on the choices given by the customer. Any changes or additional work scope will increase pricing. Because quotes are done sight unseen, conditions and size effect quoted pricing, for example a quote given for a smalll yard would change if the yard is much larger than was estimated by the customer or quoted price would change for example if yard is much smaller than estimated by the customer. Quoted price also changes if estimated condition is different from what was originally quoted. For example a quote do perform service on a regularly kept yard would increase if the yard is overgrown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers and listen to their concerns so that our work will meet or exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are new to the internet we have been doing lawn service and related work for eight years. We are small so customers get personal attention.
