Stu was the first and only response to our request to replace an outdoor lamp post that was still seated in its concrete but broken halfway up the post due to rust and wind. Other electricians said they'd do the wiring but not the post; landscapers would do the post but not the wiring, but Stu was a one-stop shop. Regarding communication, he was the first to contact us from a Home Depot request, and we received the estimate within 48 hours of that contact. He responded within 24-48 hours of our questions and request to schedule; he scheduled one week out from that response. Although a couple hours late to arrive, he was communicative to let me know of his arrival time. He had scheduled a full day of work for our job, so expectations on the time I took off for work were met and there was no problem with the late start; all I care about is that I didn't have to take additional time off work, and I didn't. Stu completed the job on time, on budget, and cleaned the site of the old post and concrete ball. Combine this with his responsiveness and capability to perform a job that combined landscaping and electrical, and we were happy to work with him! He is a handyman too, so we will likely contact him again for other work.

I moved during the holiday season and the place I moved into required some immediate minor updates/repairs. Stuart was able to fit me in an already booked schedule. Listens to client needs and ensures the work is not only completed but completed as close to client expectations as possible.
