- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a couple of ways of charging.. 1.One total invoice charge 2.Charge to credit card via phone cube 3.Hourly charge ( $55-$75HR) depending on job 4.Multiple job discount 5. Discount on paint or tile... (discount on paint threw contractors discount, And discount on tile threw family owned tile shop)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with new customers is very simple.I usually will show my portfolio of past work and or referrals because i do understand that they are taking my word for my experience so i want the to fill as comfortable as possible.I want to make sure they understand completely what the job specifications are.And that the customer is happy with final outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education/training that i provide that relates to my business is customer service and hard work.I have been in the hospitality industry for 17 plus years now. This helps me in regards to employee and customer relations.As far as my trade,i have been painting/tile since i was a teen.
