- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is a myth. Everyone's needs are different and every idea has it's own challenges. We will tell you what we can do and the price will be fair, often lower than anyone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To boil it down, we do these three things: 1) Phone Call (background, marketing challenges, budget, etc) 2) Face to Face (present plan, discuss timeline, and answer questions) 3) Begin Work (we do what we've agreed to (and typically a little more) and you are happy!
