I found Nerinel through thumbtack. He came out here on a Sunday, which a lot of companies do not do. He took a look at my roof leak that I had from previous rains and walked me through the options that I had. He gave me a quote by the end of the day. My husband and I were very satisfied with the price and by Monday morning Nerinel and his crew were here doing the work. If I would have gone with a “big” company based on other quotes I got, it would have taken longer to even get the work started. Great guy and excellent/quality work.

Came out about 2 weeks ago, took measurements, said would have a quote in a day or 2, never heard from him since. (Also was very quick to tell me what type of shingles I should by, with product samples ready to show, which made me uncomfortable and suspicious)
Update:
To my one star review, I got the following message:
"Hello Szilvia it's neri I really don't appreciate what you wrote first able I told you that I don't deal with insurance because of pass experience and second I never showed you any material so please make better of your day thank you"
1, While he (the owner) initially expressed his concerns about dealing with insurance companies, I made it clear to him that while the project is covered by insurance, the insurance company will pay me and I will directly pay him; he did not have to deal with them. He seemed to understand this and proceeded with the measurements.
2, He indeed showed me two boards, covered with samples from two different companies and told me which ones I should go with, down to the color. The gentleman is either confused about his potential clients or has some serious memory loss issues if he doesn't remember this.
3, The proper response from a reputable company which cares about its image to avoid unfavorable feedback would be admitting a mistake and trying to make it right, especially when putting itself on a public platform where reputation is established through customer reviews.
In light of the above, my review stays a very strong 1 star, and would leave me cautious about doing business with this company.
