- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will gather the information needed to deliver you a quote for project work. Media buying services are typically on a commission basis, meaning the media companies pay us, not you. It all begin with a simple conversation and we will go from there. We are a fully transparent company when it comes to billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We analyze each client to determine the strategy that will work best for youno cookie cutters here. We then deliver creative, engaging campaigns and content, and continually measure results so we can improve and optimize the approach. Below is an example of our creative process: 1.Discovery: Research | Problem Identification Question: how to do we strategically involve our target audience? How do we create consumer engagement? How do we capitalize on this engagement? What are the newest, emerging media platforms to create engagement on? Then we grasp it, shake it up, turn it loose and unveil the underlying questions. These questions will provide us the answers that will drive strategy that tailors the talk to a companys needs, brand identity and emotional connection to their targeted consumer base. We craft the answers to create advertising solutions, not marketing messages. 2. Inspiration: Creative | Strategy Once complete with our discovery process we have the insights that will build the foundation of strategy to satisfy a companys goals. With an endless pursuit to compile the date and creative direction that will drive extraordinary results. Once we have the direction our creative team will dream up a truly remarkable concept. 3. Invention: Design | Development | Production Our concept then transforms into realities. Our dynamic designs and captivating content are spun into the many different directions designed to attract companies targeted audience.
