Chris & Kojack took on a huge project. They just completed a 7 month renovation of my home, which included the entire first floor and basement. The kitchen and bathroom were completely gutted down to the studs. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom, and replaced old plumbing and wiring where needed. They installed stone walls in the living room and dining room, a brick wall in the den, and new flooring throughout. They also built a coffered ceiling in the den. All of the interior doors were replaced, as were the moldings, woodwork and trim. All new windows were installed throughout the entire house as well.
The basement was gutted, except for the bar, which was refaced. They built wall to wall closets and a laundry room. I could go on and on about all of the work it took to renovate these two areas. They were meticulous about the work. They are prompt and highly professional. They go above and beyond what is expected. They constantly kept me informed of any issues which arose. They are very neat, and always clean up before leaving.
I would highly recommend K&C Home Restoration for any project, big or small. Their work is outstanding, and their client is always their priority.
They are currently working on a new renovation of my second floor apartment.

They did great, communicated well, and were pleasant to have around for the few hours the job took. Would absolutely hire again. Also, they were the cheapest bid by a lot. The project looks GREAT.

Could not be any happier. Extremely professional and job completed super fast. Have a great looking door now after a previous contractor left me with an awful one. Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely will hire in the future for any further renovations. Thanks again!
