I contacted Green Glow Love for help with nutritional consulting to heal some joint inflammation. I'd been suffering for many months with pain and wanted to find a holistic, natural approach. Anna responded right away and we set up our initial 15 min call. She made me feel comfortable immediately and listened to my concerns about my health. I signed up for her 6 session coaching package and received my daily meal and activity journal. I sent it to her and we setup our first, 60 min call. She explained to me the problems in my diet, foods that cause inflammation, and talked about my daily routine. Her advice and recommendations has proven to be invaluable to me. I've committed to this fully and am happy to say that I have been pain free since. She convinced me that you can repair your health through the right diet and exercise. Oh, by the way, during your work with her, you have 30 min accountability follow ups (accountability is key) and unlimited emails. Such a great program!

I started working with Anna Frumkin N.C. after suffering from digestive issues and energy-level issues. With Anna’s help, I was able to recognize how my stress, eating habits, and lack of awareness was ultimately causing many of the problems I was experiencing. Through food journaling and one-on-one consultations, Anna was able to pin point some areas I could work on. She was never pushy and she was very respectful of my lifestyle choices and beliefs (I have been vegan for over 20 years and I am very cautious around supplements). Her advice is dynamic in that she looks beyond diet to also see the other aspects of my lifestyle that were getting in the way of my health. She asked me to work on awareness while I prepared and ate my meals. She wanted me to be sure I was getting all the vitamins and protein I needed to get through my chaotic days of work and school. And she suggested some methods (tea, meditation, and exercise) to help me de-stress and sleep better at night. Within weeks, there was a big improvement in my energy level and stress. Although I was in the middle of a very stressful move, I had tons of energy that lasted all day and I was sleeping through the night. Within two weeks, my digestion was back on track and I felt lighter and happier than I had in months. Despite packing on more protein, I even lost a few pounds. Although our work together ended, I am still practicing mindfulness, taking vitamins, eating more protein, and using the de-stress techniques that Anna gifted me with. I am very grateful for Anna’s help.
