Introduction: I'm a movement professional with over 25 years of experience coaching women to help them get stronger and feel empowered! I use different movement disciplines including body weight exercises, Pilates based exercises and light free weights. I also hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teach multi level pole dance classes and flowing sensual movement classes. Seeing women transform their bodies as well as their spirits is what brings me joy. It's what I was put on this earth to do :)

Deb is a great teacher for dancing and Jiu jitsu. She is not only a dancer and athlete, but also an artist!

I have been taking Pole Dancing classes with Deb for almost 2 years now and I couldn't imagine being in any other class. It becomes more than a routine, it's a complete community and always welcoming. I can't go more than two weeks without Deb's class...she rocks!!!

I love working with Deb! She pays attention to your body to find out what works best for you. She really takes the time to understand your needs and limitations. She will find your comfort zone and gently encourage you to push further and achieve more. Amazing energy which lends to an enjoyable workout!
