- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about your goals is great but I also want to know about your activity history. I'll also ask you about any injuries or health concerns, and any strengths too! Your first session may be light to moderate while I assess your movement. It'll include strength training and flexibility training with a focus on proper form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was trained as a classical ballerina and when I grew too tall to dance professionally I gravitated to sports amd other styles of dance. That was when cardio dance classes were taking off in gyms and it was an easy transition for me to start teaching! I've always been excited to bring movement classes to the general population and more specifically, women. I'm so grateful to be able to help women get healthy, strong and fit while having an awesome time.
