- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest and will not only give you a fair quote, but we will not add on unnecessary work that is not required. We also provide service to all distress calls within our range of capabilities, there's no job too big or small for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide free estimates within a 10 mile radius by going out to visually inspect the problem. We then give a detailed description of work needed along with a quote. Customer can then decide if they'd like to continue with us or get a second opinion, no strings attached.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have a minimum of 15 years working in the plumbing industry, along with a plumbing contractor license issued by the state of California.
