The work was done fast. They showed up at the time they said they would and were very professional. The only thing to improve is that I would have liked for them to schedule the visit earlier. From the time I call to when the service was provided was more than two weeks. I guess they are too busy this time of year. At least they were very clear about it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Conserva Irrigation offers flat rate repairs. It makes it easier for you to budget your maintenance, repairs, and upgrades each season and keep the pricing down. There are no surprises with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For first time customers, we offer a free inspection with a System Efficiency Score (SES). This free inspection will tell you how efficient your system is pertaining to water usage. Along with that inspection we give you a list of any necessary repairs as well as suggested upgrades to the sprinkler system that will make it more efficient and help you use less water, yet keep your landscape plush and green. On average, we can lower the amount of water used by 30% - 60%. We also offer seasonal packages that, at minimum, include starting your system up in the spring and blowing it out in the fall.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the industry since 1994 and have multiple certifications and licenses. We also have a plumber that is readily available if needed to test back flows or make interior repairs.
