FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty much all web design firms have a pricing model in which they charge a one-time deliverable. You want a website, they then quote you anywhere from $2,000 - $10,000 depending on the type of project. Once the work is complete they then are done with your business and that's the last you hear from them. We believe this isn't the best way to ensure optimal success for your business. We believe in on-going support for all of your tech needs, we have plans which start as little as the cost of lunch every day. This ensures we are here to support you for the life of your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is pretty straight forward, first we meet with you and determine the scope of the project. Then we provide you with a quote for the work along with a proposed schedule. Once we agree on the schedule we'll then get to work. At any time if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CJ and Casey both have a number of I.T. certifications (AWS, CompTIA, CISSP, just to name a few). We also have over 30 years of I.T. experience and have worked for companies such as Amazon, Veritas, Accenture, Seagate Software, and Lockheed Martin.
