- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic small business accounting and bookkeeping service plan starts at just $75 per month. We have Quickbooks Accounting Service Plans starting at $60 per month. Payroll processing with direct deposit starts at $35 per month. Business consulting services (business plans, new business formations, forecasts, projections and more) start at $45 per hour. Quickbooks consulting and support as low as $35 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having a discussion about your business and your accounting/bookkeeping needs. Then we develop a customized, affordable accounting and bookkeeping solution based on your exact needs. We will provide a list of items we need every month in order to provide our accounting and bookkeeping solutions. Once we receive those items we begin working on your account and providing full-service accounting and bookkeeping based on your exact needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business with an Accounting Major from DePaul University. In addition I have worked in the business accounting field for over 15 years.
