- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on what the customer needs done, not the square footage of the house. We try to make the prices affordable for customers. We often run sales on our Facebook page. We thrive on providing affordable pricing and top notch quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process would be to discuss the specifics of each job and if necessary schedule a site visit prior to doing the actual job. We require all customers to do a walk through upon completion to ensure satisfaction. If customer is unable to be present at time of job we take pictures and send to customer upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AA degree in Business Management, 10+ years of customer service, and 10+ years of actual cleaning experience.
