- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event I cater is uniquely different and thus pricing will vary based on the clients needs, group size and menu selections. Since I don't follow a pre-set price list, this allows me the flexibility to offer the client the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon being contacted by the client and discussing their needs, I will quote a price for my service. Once we are in agreement, I design a menu with the clients assistance and input. A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years experience in the culinary arts. I have been trained by European culinary masters and Iron Chef champions in 4&5 diamond / star professional kitchens.
