I recently had surgery on my left knee, I was recommended by a mutual friend to receive a massage, I've had joint stiffness, and a lot of popping of inside the knee. Miranda R. Recommended a sports message, and incorporated a pfn stretching with a combination of CBD topical, she knew were the pain was associated inside the knee, and avoided areas I did not work on.
