- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s always fair and always competitive, but very rarely the cheapest. Cheapest does not necessarily equal the best value!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the situation, but regardless, the first step is to gather as much information as possible including questions about needs, wants, budget and timeframe, and help you, the customer, make the most informed decision(s) possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in many technologies including Microsoft and Citrix, and extensive experience with networking and all computer related peripherals
