- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been in business going on 15 years now and have always stayed competitive with our pricing. When it comes to parts, we use the highest quality available to us including those with a lifetime warranty. Therefore, our client can be rest assured that they are getting a good value for their money. All of our repairs are guaranteed and come with a warranty. Walk-ins are always welcome, however if you go on our website and book an appointment you will receive a $10 discount off your repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite our perspective client to our store where they will receive 5-star customer service. We listen as the problem is explained to us and we maintain communication with them throughout the repair process. Once the repair is completed, the client is notified for pick up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are A+ certified for computer repair and Apple certified for Apple products. We are virus removal experts and can handle all types of hardware and software issues. We now offer board level repairs at very reasonable pricing. If you have a liquid damaged device that won't turn on and you need your data, let us take a look at it. We may be able to get it working again or recover your important data. We have literally repaired thousands of devices and if we can't repair it, there is no charge.
