- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically $325 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft. $475 for homes above 2,000 to 5,000 sq ft. Additional services are available for an additional and reasonable fee (twilight exteriors, aerial shots, staging elements)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I realize that taking photos is just one of many steps in getting your property listed, and I try to make the process as easy as possible for you. With our initial conversation I can glean the information I need to help your listing look its best--taking note of your particular requests. I take the time to capture the home's layout and features meeting MLS standards, upload the images, and send you a link. For new customers, I accept payment before I begin on the day of the shoot, and we can work out options for future projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a seasoned and award-winning photographer and videographer with experience including photojournalism, sports, commercial production. When shooting real estate, I look to accentuate the unique aspects of a property while still delivering an accurate representation of the features and layout.
